Does Sellinstruct help me get a job?
AWe do everything we possibly can to get you through the door! We are committed to make your career shift happen, that’s
why we are working in
smaller groups to dedicate our time to each student’s career development. We help craft your CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile, guide you to create content frequently, prep and practice interviews. Also, we are connecting you with
professionals when needed. At the end of the day though, you're the one who needs to network, engage hiring managers, apply, interview, and land the job.

What is my job going to be like after the training?
AYou’ll be working as a Sales Development Representative doing cold outreach to schedule qualified first meetings with
potential buyers.

What’s my salary going to be like?
AAs a “rookie” SDR, you can expect to earn £30,000/year base, which can go up to £60k/year
including commission. This amount can vary by location.

How much does the program cost?
AWe work with two models. Income Share Agreements (ISA) and Upfront payments.
ISA model: An ISA is one of the ways to pay your tuition. A Sellinstruct ISA is
a legal agreement in which you agree to pay 8% of your post-training salary for 12 months, but only once you're making more than £24,000 per year. The ISA is capped at a maximum repayment of £5,000 cap, so you won’t pay more than
£5,000 under any circumstances. There is a £500 upfront payment (Facilitation Fee + Course Material) which is being deducted from your final payments of the ISA.
Upfront model: In case you live outside of the countries we are working with (UK, EU, USA) you won't have the option to choose the ISA payment model but you can participate the programme paying for it upfront.

How long does it take to complete the program?
ATwo months. First we start with our 6-day long online program where we teach you everything about Sales Development. After
that, we reinforce
your know-how with 1on1 sessions and assignments to make sure you’ll be ready for your job interviews.

What are the interest rates for the ISA?
AISAs are not loans so they have no interest.
Q
Do I have to pay my monthly ISA installments when I’m in between jobs?
AYour ISA is not a loan, you only need to pay your installments as long as you are employed.

ATech companies based in your location in need for SDRs.

Do I have to work with your partner companies?
ANo. During the program, one of our goals is to figure out what kind of product would suit you the most to sell - so, we
don’t force you into
anything. If you don’t like what you sell, you won’t be able to sell it after all. Our priority is going to be what you want and how we could help you achieve your goal.

After completing the program, will I be done learning about sales?
ACertainly, no. Your learning is just going to start with Sellinstruct and it’s going to be an endless journey. We’ll make
you a SalesBeast, don’t
worry about that. However, there is always room for improvement. Even for us. :)
